Michael did an amazing job. The tiles in the unit I just moved into were laid in the 1960s, the grout was dark and like concrete and everything looked dull and dirty even after professional cleaners had worked on it. Michael went above and beyond in the work he did, digging out the old grout (an enormous job) and putting in new grout. They are obviously still 1960s tiles, but now they look so clean white and bright, creating a fresh and cheerful atmosphere. Michael worked extremely hard, was polite and thoughtful, cleaned up after his work and stayed very late to get the work done for me. If you have an employee reward system in your company, Michael should be the recipient of the year for his customer service, work ethic and quality of work.

Waiting an hour before being able to look at the result meant I missed where the dirty water soaked about 5 inches into the bedroom carpet at the door. I have had to arrange for the carpet to be cleaned and hope the damage can be made good.
I was disappointed the first 3 appointments were cancelled and only 1 was because of Covid lockdown. The messaging from the office was disappointing as on two occasions I had to phone asking why the staff was not at the house as I had not been notified.
The cost was 1/3 more than the quote and although I paid while Ryan was at the house, I received a text 3 1/2 hours later saying I had not paid.
The communication from the office could certainly be improved.

The technician left shoe prints and marks in the sealing on all slate floors and also marked the wooden floor leading to the kitchen by wiping the floor with the rag he used for sealing the slate in the kitchen. I’ve tried to remove the marks to no avail.
I realise he did not do this deliberately however am disappointed in the finishing of the sealing. All of the flaws only started to show through more than 24-48 hours after the job was completed and only noticed when the rooms were in a certain light.
I arranged for an inspection of the work for 9am Tuesday 30th December however no one turned up and I did not receive any phone call or text message to advise why not.

This was a very costly service for what it delivered and I still have to finish the job myself (spray the shower floor with acid) and clean up the mess that was left (grout over the sink, stain in the bath, etc). Joe was very pleasant but the service was not what we had hoped would be delivered given that we were promised so much more.
Certainly not value for money.

There was no delay, the shower looks so much better. one thing though, we did not expect the grout dust to spread so far. if we were had been warned about it we could have covered things up and sealed doors etc. This is not a criticism of the job itself or of Pasan who did a good job. Unfortunately my experience with tile and grout cleaners was not a particularly positive one. The quality of the grouting was average. I have spent a lot of time cleaning the excess grout of the other tiles. No clean up was done. There were no drop sheets used or anything to protect our possessions and furniture. As this was my ensuite bathroom, all of the dust has permeated through my entire bedroom. When the job was finished, I had a layer of dust on my bed, bedside tables, dressing table and even inside my wardrobe. I have spent hours cleaning the mess. I have grout stains on my carpet just near the ensuite doorway. When the tiler left I noticed he had not finished inside the shower and the floor tile grout and gone a strange colour. I rang and complained. The tiler came back the next day. He did fix the floor tiles, however he said the shower needed to be caulked with silicone, rather than grout and he would only do it for another $500!!!! (for a few beads of silicone) I told him not to bother. This still made no sense to me as he did grout it in parts but then left huge gaps without anything which just looks ridiculous!! While he did correct the problem with the floor tiles, once again, no drop sheet was used so more dust was spread throughout my bedroom. Now the tiles are clean, it looks reasonable, but I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful to not protect a customers possessions. Particularly in a bedroom where there is carpet.
