Harry completed excellent work at our home. He was very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend him for other tiling and regrouting jobs. I was most impressed with his care when cleaning the two bathrooms and surrounds when the job was completed - most impressed!

The technician that Stonemasters used on revitalizing our Travertine bathroom floors and regrouting our showers, Harry was exceptional. He was fastidious in his approach to the job and great with his communication. A real craftsman who was very good at responding to our queries and keeping us informed on progress. Would definitely use Stonemaster again and highly recommend to others.

I gave 3 out of 5 for Value for money as I thought the price was on the high side for 4hrs work.
I gave 4 out of 5 for Quality of service. Most of the work was of a high standard except for 2 areas left unfinished with the grout on the floor. A big mess made by technician in my Recycle bin due to disposing of unused Grout which hardened, without pre wrapping.
Must mention that this was quickly rectified by Rick a couple of days after work.

Ryan regrouted the tiles in our shower. Although he did quite a good job, after he had finished the job he used my brand new Dyson Vacuum to clean up his grout mess. I was at work and unaware of this. He did not clean my Vacuum until I called him to cosine and clean it.

There were mixed messages, mainly on my part. I didn't realize I had what is called a double shower, but Ryan explained it all thoroughly to me.

Mick did an excellent job and I am thrilled with the result. He was courteous, kept me informed of where things were up to, and made helpful suggestions re upkeep of shower ongoing. The only hitch of the day was a later than scheduled start as he had difficulty logging into the on-line communications and so had difficulty sourcing my address. We were able to come to a mutually agreed solution to this as I had commitments later in the day. He persevered in the difficult circumstances as the grouting was harder to remove than usual as it was very hard, and it was an extremely hot day as well. So full marks to him! Thanks for a great job.

I had two bookings as the first one was rescheduled due to your company having other priorities. Major inconvenience. I was given a 10% discount due to your rescheduling, however technician was not aware of this on his arrival and argued that this was not correct. He called your office to clarify.
The first booking was cancelled on the day of the job which caused a lot of disruption to our day..I had taken the day off from work for this. Next booking was made a week later where I had to take another day off.
Ryan was very insistent that I pay on the day for works completed with a credit card. I advised that this was not possible but happy to bank transfer payment. I had to show him the text I received advising that I could pay that way as he did not know.
Constantly bombarded with texts advising of arrival times etc of technician which was not correct and very confusing. I even received an email advising of a wrong date. It seems that the texts/computer generated messages don’t match the arrival times at all. Suggestion...not to send any as the customer does not know which message is correct.
My bathroom was left very dirty with white grout dust everywhere. I understand it is a messy job but care should have been taken to cover surfaces with plastic as the dust got inside drawers and inside my wardrobe all over my clothes. If doors could be sealed and vanities, toilets in the room should be covered.
Can I suggest the technician bring a vacuum and mop to clean more thoroughly.
Ryan’s difficulty understanding requests was an issue.

I thought that when he removed the tiles there would have been a tool with vacuum attached to give minimal dust . the house looked as though i had left the doors and windows open during a sandstorm. the kitchen. living and dining areas were covered it gritty dust I had to get my cleaner to come in. the shower floor looks like a poor DIY job. Ryan disregarded my request to remove is boots before going into the carpeted bedroom from the gritty dust covered in the living area. i asked him to use the laundry sink to clean his equipment but found him using the sink in the en suite and used half of one of my toilet rolls to clean his equipment. worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. i can send pics of shower or ideally come and inspect the program does not seem to respond when i try to remove stars so value for money is 3 stars , customer service is 2 stars and value for money is 2 star. iI was very surprised because the communication was so good forget the stars read the comments because the stars tend to want to be 5

I am disappointed with this service. My booking was for 2pm 15/9/18, and the technicians arrived at 330pm. I was under the impression I had been forgotten, I received no communication along the way to say they had been delayed or what time they had been there.
I am also incredibly disappointed with the quality of the work - the sealing solution was dripped all over my shower frame, and as a result it has been irreversibly stained.
