Back end communications became annoying. I received multiple duplicate reminders that became excessive. Also I received a 'sharp' email advising final payment was overdue BEFORE i received the invoice ( which which was paid upon receipt). Overall service good but you could add to your workflow a personal telephone call about a week befire the acheduled start date to check all is OK.

My job was originally scheduled for 8 am Wednesday. I got a text Wednesday morning saying Robert would be delayed and would arrive at 9:50 am. Then I got another text saying he would arrive at 9:30 am. He arrived just after 10 am and said he'd brought equipment for a different job and would need to reschedule for 7:30 am Friday. On Friday morning I got a text saying he would be delayed and would arrive at 8 am. At 9:30 am I called Tile and Grout Pro who were keen to help. He arrived just after 10 am, said he got caught in traffic (for 2.5 hours?) and completed the job. I'm happy with how the travertine came up, but the honed bluestone shows marks from where the honing took place and isn't a smooth finish. Overall I'm not very happy with how the Bluestone came up and Robert's communication was terrible. Tile and Grout Pro seemed to want to help but I imagine there's only so much they can do when the person doing the work isn't a direct employee.

Janaka is the ultimate floor stone master. Honestly it was not cheap for him to come here for a full day to do the work but ultimately he delivered on what was promised. If your stone floor is in despair then look no further than Janaka. I would use him again no hesitation and highly recommend him.

Robert the technician was prompt, very professional and pleasant and explained every stage of the process clearly. The outcome of his work is lovely. Customer service was also faultless. I gave three stars for value for money because the total cost for resurfacing and sealing the 5 square metre travertine floor was $3700 and the job took only a few hours. I rang a competitor to check on their prices and they were comparable except that their cost also included complete regrouting. Can anyone explain to me why the cost of resurfacing travertine is so expensive?

Adam was great. It took alot more time and materials then expected so your quote may not have been accurate, in my favour, not Adams. Adam finished the job and was very profession even though he didn't make much money. I Totally recommend him.

Adam really knows what he is talking about when it comes to bluestone tiles. After having had dealings with many people who weren't able to give confident assessment of issues, it was such a relief to find Adam.

Parminder was great really nice guy. The test tile he did didn’t turn out how we had hoped so cancelled the rest of the job. Was not his fault was the make up of the tiles and he was honest. Call out fee of $165 seemed a bit rich for 30 mins work.

I was pleased overall with the work carried out.

Wade is a very conscientious young man. He is well informed about tile types and performed his job with consideration and care. Our tiles looked a lot better thanks to wade.
