Robert the technician was prompt, very professional and pleasant and explained every stage of the process clearly. The outcome of his work is lovely. Customer service was also faultless. I gave three stars for value for money because the total cost for resurfacing and sealing the 5 square metre travertine floor was $3700 and the job took only a few hours. I rang a competitor to check on their prices and they were comparable except that their cost also included complete regrouting. Can anyone explain to me why the cost of resurfacing travertine is so expensive?

Unfortunately the grout is not coloured as was initially advised. Michael was a nice man who worked diligently and did explain there was not much that could be done regarding the deep scratches in the slate. He did indicate they should come out as they were made in the previous sealant. The scratches were very deep and not were removed in cleaning or resealing of slate floor. He made an effort to fill any holes and areas found. Sadly the expectation was the grout would be coloured to blend however as per the attached photos, the grout is gray and certainly does not blend as we hoped.

I was very pleased to be able to have a tradesman come out to do such a small job. Although I gave only 3 stars for value, I understand that there is a minimum fee for callouts. As pensioners, both in our 80s, we have very little money to spend on things like this but appreciate that it has to be done. Michael was on time and very friendly and got to work right away and the job certainly appears very satisfactory. He also gave us a hint on how to extend the waterproofing of the grout by smearing a small amount of silicone on it. When it is all dry, we will do that. Thank you. Glen

Dealing with the company and Madu was very good. Some areas of the floor did not restore as well as i had hoped but it is old and i feel Madu did his best with what he had to work with . Madu checked with me regularly to ensure I was happy. A much better experience than my last experience with a tile cleaning company.

Great job, nice finish

Harry did a fantastic job and was meticulous in fixing our grout and restoring our slate tiles. We are very grateful to Harry. He went beyond all expectations in ensuring he did the best job possible on our floors.

Jason was on time, I was very pleased with the work he did. He was tidy and worked non stop removing old grout and re-grouting both outside balconies.

We were happy with the repair work of the slate but very disappointed in the quality of the sealer used. The tiles look very dull looking, even dirty in colour. We were hoping for the seal to bring out the lovely colours of the slate.

Message both person that inintially booked job in with and sent photos of mess left no reply. Arrived lated took 3 hours longer than should have and rushed at finishing. Slate did not come up well and deied all blotchy. Very expensive.

Yes very good, would happily ask for Michael again.

Originally had a problem with the wrong grout colour being used ... gave Steve a call to see what could be done, and he came back on the Saturday and fixed it. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done ... very happy.
