Harry did a great job with our grouting and bathroom restoration. It cost more and took longer than was quoted, but overall we are happy with our 'new' bathroom.

I had a quote for silicone application 3 bathrooms, however due to a suspected leakage in one bathroom technician did the work in 2 bathrooms. At the time I paid in full and I was told that work in 3rd bathroom would be completed after the leakage was sorted. When I contacted after leakage of 3rd bathroom was corrected, I was asked to pay another $165 call out fee to do the silicone application. However I was not told of this prior, that I have to pay an additional call out fee to complete the original job. It was difficult to contact the customer service as they were dropping/ terminated several calls, which was unprofessional I felt I was not listened, and had poor value for money spent

The work done was fine and the technician very competent. I do however have feedback in regards to the flood of auto generated emails I have received. Since Friday afternoon I have received 14 emails in relation to 2 jobs booked this week. This has been annoying and duplicated information. The opposite of exceptional customer service.

The areas described in the quote were not completed. White silicone was applied to our grey kitchen tiles - stands out from a mile away. Silicone peels off when using a sponge to clean the tiles. Hoped the workmanship would be off a higher standard - very disappointed. Poor communication in general from Tile Pro - would not recommend.

I needed someone to fix the deteriorating silicon in my shower and Ben was able to book me in within the hour due to another cancellation. Ryan did a great job and so pleased we were able to fix the problem quickly. Thanks guys for the super speedy service.

I asked for two and a half walls to be quoted for and when the tradie arrived he said that only two walls were quoted for. Disappointed as I then had to pay more than I had budgeted for.

Poor communication between head office and Mur - he turned up too early and then was unaware of details of our job. Grouting job was good on floor (depth uneven in places) but silicone job poor: way too thick, uneven and dirty in places. Also the silicone appears to have been done first, before the grouting which led to areas of grout mix over the bright white silicone. No doubt a somewhat rushed job. Overall, I’m reasonably happy with the floor grout but wish I hadn’t paid for the silicone part.

The team that did the work were great. Respectful and considerate and did a good job. THe booking process was fine, however there were too many emails and txts confirming the booking, reminding me of the booking etc - I ended up switching off and deleting emails.... almost missed the need to pay the deposit! I suggest that you confirm the booking once and that’s enough!

Our shower now looks better than new. Excellant job. Well worth the money.

Went to wrong address and no phone call - late Only quoted two walls - most showers have 3 walls estimate 5 hours - took alittle more than 2 Good finish not sure I would use them agian.

Terrific job, looks great, like a new shower. Great communication all the way through from start to finish. Mur was a lovely guy, very sweet and friendly, well recommended.

What was done was great but a strip of sealant was not replaced from the 2 glass panels.... unfortunately the mould remains bottom half of the join.. Bit sad.

Frank explained what caused the problem with the grouting and how the new process would fix the problem.

I’m very pleased with the work that Mick did.

Farr too dusty. Should have been warned to cover items in the bathroom. Everything was left with a layer of powered grout(?). Even the handles in the shower had layers of deposit on it, as did the shower glass. It will take hours of cleaning to get it all clean again. The job itself was well done but became more expensive. Overall too expensive for the work at about $300 per hour incl materials.

We are very happy with the final result.

Michael arrived on time, he was friendly and explained that the shower re-grout work created dust so it is best to cover or remove items from the bathroom. He is a hard worker, in the 7 hours he was here he only stopped a couple of times for a break to have a drink and get some fresh air. When he finished he cleaned up as much as possible and explained to me what he had done. Great work, the shower looks fantastic.

Although Pasan was held up at his previous job he kept us informed of when he would arrive. He was a very pleasant man and did a great job and we would use him again

The service was great and so was Pasan’s workmanship. The finished job was fantastic. Our only complaint was they delay in getting started which was not Pasan’s fault.

Hi, We are not happy with the work at all: 1. The silicon around the drain came loose after the first two showers just from touching it with a squeegee. 2. The technician arrived with only 2 colours of silicon, black and white and new nothing about our colours! We have sent you a photo of our shower. We settled for grey but this is not the original colour we wanted. 3. The shower floor looks terrible after the application of a sealant; it is full of stains and the grout is now much lighter than it was and looks very dirty. Its original colour was brown almost matching the tiles. The work order was to clean the grout on walls and floor and seal floor. 4. We waited ~60hr for the silicon to dry! We had only two showers on Saturday morning and cannot use the shower now. 5. Please call me on 0413 764 844 to make another appointment to fix it. There is something wrong with your star rating on your website, I didn't want to enter any rating. The rating changes on its own. Regards Andrew Klos

Unfortunately my experience with tile and grout cleaners was not a particularly positive one. The quality of the grouting was average. I have spent a lot of time cleaning the excess grout of the other tiles. No clean up was done. There were no drop sheets used or anything to protect our possessions and furniture. As this was my ensuite bathroom, all of the dust has permeated through my entire bedroom. When the job was finished, I had a layer of dust on my bed, bedside tables, dressing table and even inside my wardrobe. I have spent hours cleaning the mess. I have grout stains on my carpet just near the ensuite doorway. When the tiler left I noticed he had not finished inside the shower and the floor tile grout and gone a strange colour. I rang and complained. The tiler came back the next day. He did fix the floor tiles, however he said the shower needed to be caulked with silicone, rather than grout and he would only do it for another $500!!!! (for a few beads of silicone) I told him not to bother. This still made no sense to me as he did grout it in parts but then left huge gaps without anything which just looks ridiculous!! While he did correct the problem with the floor tiles, once again, no drop sheet was used so more dust was spread throughout my bedroom. Now the tiles are clean, it looks reasonable, but I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful to not protect a customers possessions. Particularly in a bedroom where there is carpet.

My experience was positive. Michael rang before arriving and kept me infomed of progress. He answered my questions and worked in a small area during a very hot Saturday Good.

Michael is a good guy, got here on time, got the job done, recommended grout instead of silicone, due to size of gaps (happy with that). Only issue I had afterwards was that he used brown grout for all the work, when the base of the white tiling originally had white silicone. I think the showers looked better with white along that bottom edge, not brown. I haven't decided to call PTS to rectify, as overall Michael did a good job.
