Booked through you guys. Countless emails, sms from the company, private sms from 2 different people. 1 was the guy doing the job. The other was Someone else I had no idea who he was. Done a great job and worked hard all day. Appreciate that part. Walked in after he left and there was grout dust all throughout the bathroom. Ther was evidence of cleaning it up, but the whole bath tub, on the walls and sink was covered in it.

Chris worked well on one of our hottest days on record. Explained everything and asked questions where needed . Hardworking, lovely manners.

Harry completed excellent work at our home. He was very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend him for other tiling and regrouting jobs. I was most impressed with his care when cleaning the two bathrooms and surrounds when the job was completed - most impressed!

Back end communications became annoying. I received multiple duplicate reminders that became excessive. Also I received a 'sharp' email advising final payment was overdue BEFORE i received the invoice ( which which was paid upon receipt). Overall service good but you could add to your workflow a personal telephone call about a week befire the acheduled start date to check all is OK.

I have no issue with Harry or his service. The job was completed well. Grout looks good. What has been terrible is the communication and service above him. Firstly, stop inundating your customer with the same email. I constantly got the same email more than once a day over consecutive days. Really annoying. The quote experience was ok. Though I was surprised no one bothered to come out to look at my house and what I wanted done. This led to an issue come day of works to be done. Too long to go into here but happy to explain to someone higher up than Reegan as to the issue. On the day of works to be done I spoke to someone called Reegan who was rude, disrespectful and condescending. Called me petty. Received curt texts from him which was extremely unprofessional. Then gave me wrong information which luckily didn’t cost me taking a wasted day off work as Harry had called me to advise of the date change. Now I’m getting emails saying I still owe you $165 which I don’t as Reegan texted me to say the job would be done at the original price. I will definitely not recommend this company to any of my friends.

I felt like it could have been done better. I have now washed the floor twice and the white stains have not come up from the black tiles - I was told these would wipe off when we cleaned it once grout was dry. There are some places that still look like the old grout as it is a different t colour and has spots of mould.

The technician that Stonemasters used on revitalizing our Travertine bathroom floors and regrouting our showers, Harry was exceptional. He was fastidious in his approach to the job and great with his communication. A real craftsman who was very good at responding to our queries and keeping us informed on progress. Would definitely use Stonemaster again and highly recommend to others.

Tile and Grout Pro are a professional company. The initial contact with Ben was a smooth process and the job completed in just over a week. The communication was consistent in the days before and the tradesperson, Michael, arrived on time. Michael worked tirelessly all day completing what we think is a great job. The areas were for a double sized shower (walls and floor) and the value for money was very reasonable ( the job taking every bit of six hours). Thank you very much - we will certainly recommend (and already have) this company to friends and relatives.

Quality work and on time. They kept us well informed and part of the process. Harry was very professional polite and friendly. He put the customer at the center of the days works. One negative is despite having paid the deposit up front we kept getting emails reminding us to pay. That was annoying. All up well done for a great job.

Michael was nice. The cleanup after his work was more than I had anticipated but then again I didn’t fully understand the extent of his service. Maybe if he had a vacuum on hand or water source to keep dust at bay? I would’ve appreciated a little more communication regarding the colour of the grout he was going to use, or ask for my opinion - he mentioned after he finished that he prefers to use darker grout. I assumed he would use a lighter colour like original, looking at it now I would’ve preferred lighter colour. Two of the tiles were chipped in the process, supposedly those tiles were more fragile, which I can understand.

Had requested technician call once on site and that did not happen. Had wanted to request quote on other shower. Still haven't heard back. Walls and frame of shower were left with grout residue, I had to go over this so it was presentable to the new tenant. Finished product looks great, thank you.

I gave 3 out of 5 for Value for money as I thought the price was on the high side for 4hrs work. I gave 4 out of 5 for Quality of service. Most of the work was of a high standard except for 2 areas left unfinished with the grout on the floor. A big mess made by technician in my Recycle bin due to disposing of unused Grout which hardened, without pre wrapping. Must mention that this was quickly rectified by Rick a couple of days after work. Regards Eric

We had a good experience with Mick - he was very friendly, helpful and did a very good job with no residual mess. While he was half an hour late that was not an issue for us as he came from a long way through bad traffic to get to our house. Overall very pleased with his workmanship and the level of communication with the company.

Chris did not have any suggestions on how to do the work without breaking my mirror and putting holes in my wall. He sent me off to get mosaic tiles instead of having a better approach to doing the work. I am so glad I cancelled him from the tiling or I would have been so disappointed. Chris also struggled to communicate well and told me the tiles I chose were a bad colour match but there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. I would not recommend your service.

Technician did a great job, however unfortunately the office under estimated the job and advised it would only take a couple of hours. The job took 5 and a half hours and the technician was an hour and a half late after his previous job had also been under estimated. Better communication about expected time frame would be beneficial to your company. The technician did not leave until after 7pm on a Friday night, we had to cancel our plans for the evening.

I'm delighted to have my tired shower recess restored to looking spic and span; the proof will be over time. Responsive service; on time at my door (although Frank hadn't rung on approach so I could set-up parking). Polite and helpful office staff; quick response. Regarding value ($990), I suspect I could find cheaper but was attracted by informative website and delighted with professional delivery of what I needed.

Some time ago we had our shower replaced, for some unknown reason they used a yellow grout, why, the whole bathroom has tiles and both the floor and walls are routed white. Now your chap has used grey grout when I distinctly said it needs to colour match the rest. I have uploaded photos We now have a shower which is all grey, panel outside the snower which has yellow grey and white and the rest of the bathroom which is whit grout. What am I to do? I think somebody needs to come and have a look and see what we can do to correct the situation. Richard Mika

Our technician was excellent once the job commenced and throughout the process. However our experience with the initial misunderstanding and communication while booking our order, customer services behaviour when this was raised, and ultimate value for money vs our expectation was a disaster! The initial consultant who took down our details misunderstood our requirement and quoted us for only 1 shower area when all along I had been referring to 3 shower areas throughout my discussion with him. I had also filled out their online form with the total area of the 3 showers which should have given them ample information. Thereafter on the day of the job when we realised the confusion and raised it with the customer service team, instead of graciously accepting that the error could have occurred at their end (they don’t have call recording to verify which is not the customers fault) the agent kept on harping that we should have read the documentation provided and was rude enough to say they would rather not do the service than take feedback, to avoid another customer facing such an issue in the future, just because they have been in this business for 10 years. Found this attitude very unbecoming. It is unfortunate as human error could occur from either end and it is all about the way it is acknowledged and dealt with. Common guys, tenure of being in business doesn’t mean you know it all. Especially you need to be empathetic to the customer who is unaware of the technical details as much as you do, so if it requires additional care from your end to check/educate them to ensure good service then it needs to be done. Hopefully you also learn better customer service when such situations come up.

Could not fault Harry's work, attention to detail and care. He worked continuously on our ensuite shower for over 5 hours and even tidied up before he left. The grouting/sealing looks great and shower looks new again. We are very happy with the result. Thank you

absolutely appalling, most of my tiles are chipped and scratched, it looks even worse than before. it was rushed when i kept saying was a two day job, tiler was obviously tired and bothered and and wanted to get out of here in a day. it looks very unprofessional and now im left with a decision to retile my whole bathroom. very unhappy.

Really good, my patio's had not been cleaned for year's Raaj got stuck into cleaning and they have come up nicely. Will get them back in December. Bathroom tiles are now clean and look spectacular. Mould gone, a little grout, done.

I thought the wall tiles in the ensuite shower wall would be refreshed whiter. So all I received for $1485.00 was the grout in the ensuite floor silicone replaced, grout on the floor fixed in the drain area, and some grout on the ensuite wall added to three tiles. In the Small bathroom silicone around bath replaced. Meet said he could come back and place new grout on to the faded grout on the ensuite shower wall on Sunday for $250. But then text and said he had to go back to India for an emergency. So I was very dissapointed with the work. $1485.00 for not much work. Regards Andrea

The quality of work provided was fantastic however I would question whether I use again or recommend. 1. the number of automated emails and text messages during booking and subsequent is excessive and extraordinarily annoying. And in some instances incorrect. ie: a text in the evening to say staff member coming that morning. 2. Work not completed when requested and took longer than programmed that then delayed completion due to other commitments of the company at other jobs. 3. We appreciate and apologise for the error and delay in paying the account but the subsequent hassle was not needed or appreciated.

Theo was very polite and friendly, and a pleasure to have for the job, despite arriving a bit later than expected. The work is very satisfactory and we hope that the good appearance remains in the longer term. Low score for value for money because I think the job was very expensive. The labour cost equates to almost $400 per hour. (Compared with my benchmark $145/hour for car servicing labour cost).

Chris did a really good job cleaning my tile floors and particularly in the kitchen. After 20 years without a deep clean I didn't expect to see the grout come up looking new again. Manmeet did a fantastic job. In the past, I had used numerous products to try to clean the shower, including silicone. He had the unenviable task of removing it all. He started work promptly and did not finish till nearly 7 o’clock because of this complication. He worked continuously the whole time. He did not let the difficulties faze him and remained calm and cheerful, all day. Our shower is now gleaming and looks brand-new. We are delighted with it and with Manmeet.

On time, kept to himself, no issues, clarified tasks as he went to ensure accuracy, cleaned up along the way and was not disruptive.

Although Mick done an excellent job, the way the office and the person sending out invoices is a lot to be desired. After the initial quote they sent out another dearer quote claiming they miscalculated the costs. On the initial invoice they forgot to include the GST. The group clearly explained the process and communicated regularly. The technician Ishaq was punctual and courteous…through this text messages we knew exactly when he was arriving. His work approach was methodical and the finished product was what we had hoped for. The space was left clean and tidy.

Raaj did a really excellent job re-grouting our 23yo shower bases. He was careful to match the Grout colour to the rest of the bathroom floor grout which i thought was a nice touch. And the silicone seal was carefully applied removing all traces of the old seal which was very old and discoloured. Also applied a silicone seal around the kitchen bench taking care to remove some oil residue around the stove so that it would seal properly. The bench looks amazing now. I was also impressed with his communication. He gave me a clear indication of how long the job would take and kept to it. Walked me through the finished jobs, explained I couldn't use the showers for 24 hours. Thank you.

Janaka was good. My only issue is that less work required to be done than what was quoted. I didn’t need the whole bath wall regrouted just a small portion of it. Janaka left by 12pm. I don’t have an issue with his work, I was pleased. The only issue I have is the value for money. Can we please re-visit the quote?

The person that came to our home was very friendly and was very good at what he did, he explained that it would take a certain time and to make sure that we followed his instructions to not use the shower until a certain time. He was very polite and easy to talk to, he also gave good advice on what to look out for when waiting for the area to dry out. the company that came out was on time and made sure I was not waiting when they came out to do the job. Ryan regrouted the tiles in our shower. Although he did quite a good job, after he had finished the job he used my brand new Dyson Vacuum to clean up his grout mess. I was at work and unaware of this. He did not clean my Vacuum until I called him to cosine and clean it.

Tile and grout cancelled on us once, then we’re so late the second time we had to say no to then coming the next day, and then they finally came on third day but 90 minutes late. We weren’t sure on grout colour as we hadn’t moved in yet so they only showed up with one colour, which of course was the wrong colour, so we had to go out and buy new grout for them. In the end, the boys were fine and the job has been completed now and so we’re waiting to asses quality of work. Overall, I would not hire this company again.

Not a good experience. Dear Customer Service I have recently used your company for a floor and shower regrouting job and have a few issues with both the work standard and cleaning procedures. With the initial quote the colour of grout for my slate tiles was dark grey (I think I specified slate grey). The quote was amended (not the grout colour) when I decided to add the regrouting and silicone replacement in the shower. The following amended quotes for some reason changed the colour to light grey. I was happy with the initial quote for the slate tile so focussed on the amended shower quotes. The floor now looks worse than before, like talcum powder has been sprayed on it even after polishing. Can the grout colour problem be fixed? How? The tiler has not removed and replaced all grout lines in the shower base, and I believe the silicone was not removed and replaced, but just covered over. One of the slate tiles is loose and grout is crumbling already. The tiler was very prompt, did not waste any time starting the job at 8.15am. He had the fans blowing madly and circular saw going before I could leave the house. He assured me it would be just a one day job which I was very sceptical of. All furniture, fridge and washer were removed from that area of the house only the stove, cupboards remained. To save some of the mess perhaps the tilers could supply some painters sheets to cover the inbuilt items. When I came home I was shocked at the mess, not only inside the house but the patio and paths outside, and doors and windows. It was after 5pm, he was still wiping the very wet floor, no where near finished. This was a 2 person job, poor man. Nearly 6pm he said that's it, completed. What a mess. Dripping wet floor, grey flood outside, windows, doors everything covered in grey talcum powder. This is not the way to leave a job site. I don't feel it is my responsibility to finish the job I am paying for. This job needed someone to come back, finish the cleaning of the tiles and site and check all is okay. If the cleaning is not included in the cost of your quotes then you definitely overcharge. You should leave the area clean and safe. The technician returned to fix the shower problems but the washed out colour of the grout on the slate floor is to be lived with and I will remember your company whenever I look at it. In my opinion the tiles don’t look any different/better than before the regrouting.

Michael did an amazing job. The tiles in the unit I just moved into were laid in the 1960s, the grout was dark and like concrete and everything looked dull and dirty even after professional cleaners had worked on it. Michael went above and beyond in the work he did, digging out the old grout (an enormous job) and putting in new grout. They are obviously still 1960s tiles, but now they look so clean white and bright, creating a fresh and cheerful atmosphere. Michael worked extremely hard, was polite and thoughtful, cleaned up after his work and stayed very late to get the work done for me. If you have an employee reward system in your company, Michael should be the recipient of the year for his customer service, work ethic and quality of work.

Our shower looks great and it didn't take long for Ishaq to complete the job. I gave 3 stars for value of money as I'm disappointed about leftover resin fingerprint stains on the exterior of the shower, and other resin stains on the inside of the shower. For the cost of this job, I would expect all of this to be cleaned off. I have to buy grout remover to clean this off myself. I feel like the job was left a bit rushed.

My complaint is with the company that Mike works for. Too many texts messages and emails. Also the quote they gave me was ex-GST. So whatever they quite you don't forget to add on GST. Because you can't use the shower 12 hours beforehand and then not until 24 hours after the job, I split the days for the two jobs, bathroom and the ensuite. Add another $100 GST. Couldn't fault Mike's workmanship and professionalism.

Mick was on the job immediately. He was polite and focused on getting the job done. The shower looks brand new again. My only complaint is the number of texts/emails reminding me about the job, I booked. I'm surprised that the quote I was given didn't include GST.

The tiles look great but there were a lot of other issues. I was told the ETA was 7.30 and he got here at 9. He didn't finish until 7pm which is fine but would have been great to know. There was dust everywhere including in the cupboard draws, in the bedroom and on the carpet. After he had left I found silicon on the mirror and what looks to be dried silicon on the shower screen. Some of the tiles have also been scratched by the drill. It took us over two hours to clean everything. We were not happy.

I asked for two and a half walls to be quoted for and when the tradie arrived he said that only two walls were quoted for. Disappointed as I then had to pay more than I had budgeted for.

Mick is a cheerful hard working tradie who takes pride in his work, never rushes, works incredibly hard to get to the best finish possible. Mick completed three large shower re-grouts including floors and new silicone, plus a vanity double sink and splash back in two days. He travelled nearly two hours to our home each day and arrived on time still cheerful and kean to start work.

Poor communication between head office and Mur - he turned up too early and then was unaware of details of our job. Grouting job was good on floor (depth uneven in places) but silicone job poor: way too thick, uneven and dirty in places. Also the silicone appears to have been done first, before the grouting which led to areas of grout mix over the bright white silicone. No doubt a somewhat rushed job. Overall, I’m reasonably happy with the floor grout but wish I hadn’t paid for the silicone part.

So disappointed. I went to use the shower this morning only to find two sections where grout has been removed but not replaced. They were both in areas not visible from outside of the shower so I couldn’t see them during inspection before payment. There is grout on the tiles which hasn’t been cleaned up- again on the section not visible from outside the shower. I’m absolutely furious. Now I’ll be off to Bunnings to buy the tools and product to fix the shoddy work myself.

Our tile repair and regrouting work done by Isaac was excellent. Isaac did a great job and understood exactly what we needed to achieve. Custom service was very good, timing for the job was spot on and final appearance of the bathroom and shower brilliant. I would highly recommend Melbourne Tile

The team that did the work were great. Respectful and considerate and did a good job. THe booking process was fine, however there were too many emails and txts confirming the booking, reminding me of the booking etc - I ended up switching off and deleting emails.... almost missed the need to pay the deposit! I suggest that you confirm the booking once and that’s enough!

Frank did a good job, came on time, completed on time, attention to detail, cleaned up, listened to what was needed, overall very satisfied, price a little on the higher side, but overall, no complaints, good job and definitely recommend Frank.

Frank was fantastic! However the time of booking went from 9am changing to 12pm the day before to several phone calls and finally showing up just after 4pm. NOT HAPPY!!! I asked the lady whi rang the day before the booking to change time if I could pay by bank cheque and was told yes only to find out that you can't. Again NOT HAPPY. The job was great but custoner service sucks.

Frank was very helpful and done a great job. The shower recess would have looked better if the grout had straight lines , however this was no fault of Frank’s , unfortunately this was due to the tiles having a bevelled edge. I am happy to see the newly grouted edges look clean and white again.

To the manager of Tile and Grout Pro, I enlisted your services on March 29th for Grout repair to my large, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Geelong. When I initially contacted your company for a quote, I explained I had no way of knowing the exact size per square metre as I don’t have this knowledge, but I stressed this was a very large house and had large areas requiring re grouting. Your subcontractor tiler turned up and immediately told me the job could not be completed as the house was double the size that was quoted to him, and it was at least a 2 person/2 day job. Both your tiler, and myself, attempted to contact your company multiple times and got absolutely nowhere. Your tiler understandably left apologetically as there was no way he would have been able to complete this job in one day on his own. I then contacted your company (multiple) times at 10am the same morning to voice my dissatisfaction and request the refund of my $150.00 deposit. A representative of your company then told me they would find a team of tilers to come that day to do the job, and he stressed he would call me back in ten minutes with an update. I am now emailing you at 12:45pm saying I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone regarding this job, I have tried to call over 5 times unsuccessfully with no response and I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and require my refund back immediately for services not delivered. I would like to stress the inconvenience your company have caused me. Firstly, I took the day off work for this job to be completed. Secondly, I am 31 weeks pregnant and had to move ALL of the furniture off my tiled floors in preparation for this re grouting and now I have had nothing done, and now have to move everything back until I can find a worthwhile company to complete this job. I am beyond disappointed, and require your immediate response to confirm you are refunding my $150.00 deposit, if you fail to do this I will contact my solicitors. Regards, Abbey Fistrovic.

Michael was a fantastic worker, very thorough, willing to work extra hard on our difficult bathrooms despite the unexpectedly large workload. Glad to have him come in on the public holiday to finish the work and no extra cost. Thank you again!

Overall I think the job was done well however I struggled to get a hold of someone when needed. There was evidence of a lack of communication within the business as many times I spoke to various people, they didn't know what I was talking about after I had discussed with other members of the team. I also was very upset that my credit card was charged $175 two days after I made the final payment without my permission and no refund or apology was issued. I believe this was due to a miscommunication ythat I was offered a 10% discount due to last minute change of dates for the job. I requested this discount upon final payment, which was then given however it seems my credit card details were retained and someone took it upon themselves to charge the 10% two days later. I am now in disputes with the bank over this charge to try and get my money back. Overall not a positive experience.

What a sensational job, I had tried to grout my bathroom tiles and made a huge mess of them, there was grout haze cemented on and I had tried 8 different products without any success. Mick arrived and worked hard to scrub off all the haze and it looks brand new. He also gave me some very helpful advice on how to look after the floor for the future and what products to use on the shower screen to repel water. I would recommend this company to anyone ! Well done !

What was done was great but a strip of sealant was not replaced from the 2 glass panels.... unfortunately the mould remains bottom half of the join.. Bit sad.

Michael is so hard working and did a great job!!! What fell down was the communication from the main office, particularly explaining the quote. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to quote accurately with only my photos which turned to be the case. The job did not cost much more but it took 16 hrs over 2 days to complete when the office had estimated 6 hrs. The office doesn’t answer phone calls all of the time, you deal with different people and they seem to be full of excuses (eg: our quoting system is very limited so we describe bathrooms as non wet areasjQuery21106563593031081869_1608769113150). It made me very hesitant to use them. I think they need to do a lot to improve this as the technician was great!

Although initial communications and bookings were not so good, the eventual day for my booking went smoothly and the final product was satisfactory.

Mick did an excellent job and I am thrilled with the result. He was courteous, kept me informed of where things were up to, and made helpful suggestions re upkeep of shower ongoing. The only hitch of the day was a later than scheduled start as he had difficulty logging into the on-line communications and so had difficulty sourcing my address. We were able to come to a mutually agreed solution to this as I had commitments later in the day. He persevered in the difficult circumstances as the grouting was harder to remove than usual as it was very hard, and it was an extremely hot day as well. So full marks to him! I had two bookings as the first one was rescheduled due to your company having other priorities. Major inconvenience. I was given a 10% discount due to your rescheduling, however technician was not aware of this on his arrival and argued that this was not correct. He called your office to clarify. The first booking was cancelled on the day of the job which caused a lot of disruption to our day..I had taken the day off from work for this. Next booking was made a week later where I had to take another day off. Ryan was very insistent that I pay on the day for works completed with a credit card. I advised that this was not possible but happy to bank transfer payment. I had to show him the text I received advising that I could pay that way as he did not know. Constantly bombarded with texts advising of arrival times etc of technician which was not correct and very confusing. I even received an email advising of a wrong date. It seems that the texts/computer generated messages don’t match the arrival times at all. Suggestion...not to send any as the customer does not know which message is correct. My bathroom was left very dirty with white grout dust everywhere. I understand it is a messy job but care should have been taken to cover surfaces with plastic as the dust got inside drawers and inside my wardrobe all over my clothes. If doors could be sealed and vanities, toilets in the room should be covered. Can I suggest the technician bring a vacuum and mop to clean more thoroughly. Ryan’s difficulty understanding requests was an issue.

Work done is good - however, I was quoted for re-grouting of x3 walls and flooring - walls were not done all the way up which the tiler advised didn't need doing - I would've liked a discount in fee. Used shower 20/11 for first time - noted that the tiler has missed re-grouting a small section. Please arrange for a tiler to re-attend. Thanks

This was a very costly service for what it delivered and I still have to finish the job myself (spray the shower floor with acid) and clean up the mess that was left (grout over the sink, stain in the bath, etc). Joe was very pleasant but the service was not what we had hoped would be delivered given that we were promised so much more. Certainly not value for money.

Despite rescheduling twice due to other jobs going over time, Mick turned up as planned. We found him professional, polite

Farr too dusty. Should have been warned to cover items in the bathroom. Everything was left with a layer of powered grout(?). Even the handles in the shower had layers of deposit on it, as did the shower glass. It will take hours of cleaning to get it all clean again. The job itself was well done but became more expensive. Overall too expensive for the work at about $300 per hour incl materials.

Sam and his colleagues did a very good job of regrouting our two bathrooms and shower rooms. His work was highly skilled and we are very pleased with the final result. He kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the regrouting, cleaning and sealing processes.

I thought that when he removed the tiles there would have been a tool with vacuum attached to give minimal dust . the house looked as though i had left the doors and windows open during a sandstorm. the kitchen. living and dining areas were covered it gritty dust I had to get my cleaner to come in. the shower floor looks like a poor DIY job. Ryan disregarded my request to remove is boots before going into the carpeted bedroom from the gritty dust covered in the living area. i asked him to use the laundry sink to clean his equipment but found him using the sink in the en suite and used half of one of my toilet rolls to clean his equipment. worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. i can send pics of shower or ideally come and inspect the program does not seem to respond when i try to remove stars so value for money is 3 stars , customer service is 2 stars and value for money is 2 star. iI was very surprised because the communication was so good forget the stars read the comments because the stars tend to want to be 5 Tony Cooper

Michael arrived on time, he was friendly and explained that the shower re-grout work created dust so it is best to cover or remove items from the bathroom. He is a hard worker, in the 7 hours he was here he only stopped a couple of times for a break to have a drink and get some fresh air. When he finished he cleaned up as much as possible and explained to me what he had done. Great work, the shower looks fantastic.

At this stage the product and workmanship are great. Maybe spend a little more time on the clean up though mostly happy.

Please note that I have not made an attempt to rate the work performed. The stars above do not reflect our experience. The work undertaken was to prevent a leak from the shower. 2 leaks were coming from the grout close to the shower and a further leak another metre away. (This one was the major concern.) The minor leak appears to have been fixed. After running the shower for 5 minutes the other leak re-appeared as before. Only one section of the shower had grout and silicon inserted. This was under the door. We had expected that the other side of the shower was cleaned up with new grout . It looks quite messy and ugly at present. It would have been better to tidy up the grout rather than spending time on grouting the shower floor which had looked ok. I had expected some more sophistication with the job. As the work performed was something that I have done in previous homes. $550 for a 90 minute simple task seemed excessive. Prior to knowing the leak was still present, I went and purchase grout as I had intended to clean up the section not attended to and also attend to stains on the aluminium sections of the shower base. I appreciate Ben getting me a tiler when I got the dates mixed up . However, I thought it was a bit steep of Ahmet to say the job would be $800 more than the quote. However, I was desperate to get the job done and I think Ahmet knew that. So I ended up paying $2,200 for 2 tilers/grouters for 7 hours. ( over $150 per hour for their labour) . So way tooooo expensive. Also, I didn't appreciate Ahmet leaving all his cigarette butts in my driveway. The job they did was satisfactory. Thank you .

The service was great and so was Pasan’s workmanship. The finished job was fantastic. Our only complaint was they delay in getting started which was not Pasan’s fault.
